Steve & Suzanne’s Mission

Steve and Suzanne have partnered with TMS Global to serve at Ashesi University College as career missionaries.  At Ashesi, Suzanne has served as Provost since July, 2016 and occasionally teaches Math and Computer Science.  Steve teaches Leadership, and provides for the spiritual needs of the students, faculty and staff.  Steve accepts occasional preaching assignments in Accra.  Their first term of service is five years.

The Buchele Family served in Ghana 2006-08 when Suzanne received a Fulbright to teach at Ashesi University.  Suzanne taught Computer Science and served as their Academic Dean 2007-8, and worked on One Laptop Per Child (OLPC).  Steve was a teaching pastor at Asbury-Dunwell Church.

By partnering with The Bucheles, you help advance the Kingdom of God in Ghana through Ashesi University students during this influential period of their lives, before they go on to become leaders of Ghana and change the face of West Africa.

TMS Global wants to be a bridge for you to the world and assist you in fulfilling God’s call on your life to “make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19-20). God has called all followers of Jesus to participate in His kingdom work by going, praying, and giving.
